Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on A+ and A category clients.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive results.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Companyi.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
In addition to the job description, we are looking for candidates who ideally meet the following
criteria:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in B2B sales is preferred, especially in the jewellery industry.
  • Travel & Field Work: Should be comfortable with traveling and handling on-ground sales activities.
  • Jewellery Market Knowledge: Understanding of the jewellery market, trends, and buyer behaviour is a plus.
  • Relevant Sales Experience: While not mandatory, candidates with experience in leadership or managerial sales roles are preferred, including:
