- Collaborate closely with client solutions teams and business leaders across APAC region to ensure a seamless client experience by implementing and maintaining client service best practices and procedures.
- Proactively manage client expectations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by identifying potential issues and implementing timely corrective measures.
- Leverage regional relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities, fostering collaboration across regions for mutual benefit.
- You will present and demonstrate our value proposition to both existing and potential clients, offering tailored business and workplace solutions.
- You will meet financial objectives set by the organization, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
- You will work closely with studio design heads on ongoing projects and new pitches, enhancing our brand positioning and design capabilities to secure business in the region.
- You will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors, identifying emerging workplace trends and potential partnerships to drive growth.
- Uphold and promote the collaborative and open communication culture that defines Space Matrix.
- Build a team that works seamlessly with colleagues across all our P&Ls, collaborating closely on sales processes, including lead qualification, strategy development, client outreach, pitch coordination, and the sales process through to deal closure and signing.
- Ensure that communication remains respectful and constructive, fostering a collaborative mindset among all teams.
- You have a degree/experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management, with significant experience in corporate interior projects and at least 15 years in B2B business development within the workplace industry.
- You are a distinguished professional in the regional workplace industry, with a well-established network and strong connections within the field.
- You need to have a proven track record of consistently achieving financial targets.
- You are deeply passionate about driving forward innovative, industry-leading concepts in workplace design and execution, staying informed about emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
- With exceptional communication skills, you excel at building trust and fostering collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
