  • Position: Business Development Manager
  • Department: Sales and Marketing
  • Location: - Bangalore
  • Experience: - 2 to 6 Years
Job Responsibilities:-
  • Reaching out to South customers through calls, emails, and social networking platforms.
  • Managing the first round of discussions with customers effectively.
  • Responsible for acquiring new logos and expanding the customer base.
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and generating revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle with proficiency.
  • Possessing a fair understanding of solution sales or tech sales background.
  • Communicating with the tech team and conveying customer requirements in a detailed manner.
  • Aggressively scheduling a minimum number of meetings with new customers weekly.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Should have proficiency with CRM tool for regular & weekly reporting.
