- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles including production engineers, maintenance technicians, quality control, and plant operations.
- Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct technical assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 6–8 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Experience in hiring for automotive, heavy engineering, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
