- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, MIS reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision - making.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and ledger reconciliations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial projections.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate cost-saving measures and optimize financial resources.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, statutory filings and corporate policies.
- Oversee internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure cost control and cost reduction strategic.
- System and SOP development.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Monitor cash flow, fund flow and ensure efficient fund management.
- Optimize working capital and oversee banking relationships.
- Manage investments and financial instruments as per company policies.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
- Establish KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
- Foster collaboration between finance and other departments.
- Strategic financial planning & execution.
- Business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), taxation, and compliance.
- Experience in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
