Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Solutions Intern to support the transition to and implementation of digital tools for Systems Engineering (SE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across various project phases. This role will focus on enabling effective tutoring, pre-development (upstream), and development (downstream) activities through the strategic application of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.Digital Tutoring Support:Facilitate the use of digital solutions for tutoring sessions, ensuring simultaneous and live multi-user collaboration on shared views and templates.Ensure the capability to save work between tutoring sessions.Support the use of Airbus Amber data within tutoring environments for actual project work.Ensure easy availability and configuration management of templates within digital tools for tutoring.Promote active participation among all tutees, avoiding the "one works while others watch" syndrome.Digital Continuity & Transition:Enable the creation of links between objects across different templates used in tutoring.Facilitate the reuse of data produced during tutoring sessions in a development work environment, ensuring digital continuity.Support the transition from a digital tutoring environment to an upstream digital environment once teams have learned to develop the "right system".Support the transition from a digital tutoring environment to a downstream digital environment once teams have learned to develop the "system right".Ensure digital continuity and reuse of models and information produced through shared data libraries.Tool Evaluation & Implementation:Apply the developed solution on 1 or 2 test cases for full functionality.Analyze and evaluate digital tools for their suitability in supporting tutoring, pre-development, and development phases, considering factors like intuitiveness, collaboration capabilities, data security, and performance.Address gaps in proposed modeling digital solutions for tutoring views and templates.Requirements Management:Understand and translate major requirements for digital solutions, including real-time collaboration, data saving, Airbus data support, and template management.Address secondary requirements such as inter-template linking, data reuse, unlimited drawing space, and intuitive usage.Collaboration & Communication:Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including geographically dispersed members and remote tutors.Communicate and teamwork for translating business needs into technical solutions.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus India Private LimitedEmployment Type: Final-year ThesisExperience Level: StudentJob Family: Sub-system development
