Job Description:(1) Acting as Transport In-charge during rotating shift duties. Candidate should have experience Bus and car scheduling in reputed organization. (2)Dealing with Unionized employees, staff, contractors, drivers & customers on day-to-day bus operations during the shift. (3) Spot(s) visit during shift IN & OUT in case of any exigency / urgency beyond duty hours (4) Route survey during road closure notice, notification from Authority, route optimization, etc. (5) Thorough knowledge of geography of Surat & surrounding areas and experience to drive decision in such road closure on immediate basis (6) Planning, Monitoring and regulation of shift bus movement and monthly / casual car hiring (7) Attend to bus / car complaints and their resolution. Need to visit route in anytime for 24x7 for trouble shooting, inspection and re-route (8) Vehicle Inspection (Physical) - Routine & Technical and preparation of penalty sheet
