CSM GL To achieve P & L Targets & ensure revenue & cost optimization for the respective branches / region / ZONE
CSM GL Recruitments of GL-RO & GL -CSO ( For branches above 250 Lakhs of POS) placement / regular training on sales; marketing; Customer Due Diligence throughout their zone / region along with optimum retention & timely recruitments
CSM GL Plan, communicate, monitor & ensure implementation of field level marketing (BTL) through Gold Loan Team Member along with Cluster Manager / BB Team / Assets Team - Gold Loans activities across all branches
CSM GL To visit all branch (with special attention to newly launched branches; newly recruited GL-RO; branches with adverse findings from Audit / Risk verification); facilitate, guide and hand-hold & ensure policy implementation; strictly monitor team their performance & motivate team & Launch new branches across the Zone / New territory
CSM GL Ensure significant engagement with BB & IB teams members across hierarchy, to achieve the budgets
CSM GL Build team synergy within as well as with channel & support functions
CSM GL Activate & implement alternate channels along with negotiations on pay-outs

CSM GL Identify & nurture performers & highlight them to management as well as within the team to provide faster growth, recognition & rewards - setting standards.
CSM GL Identify non-performance & their weaknesses - handhold them to improve performance
CSM GL Track DPD buckets for all delinquent loan accounts & initiate recovery process with Product team support
CSM GL Ensure timely repayment of excess amount recovered from auction to the borrower.
CSM GL Recommend policy & deviation amendments basis delinquency & recovery trends.
