- Business Development:
- Drive and shape the overall business development strategy for the practice, build new portfolios setting the tone for key pursuits and contributing to the national/global account strategy.
- Provide strategic insights in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary forums independently or in alignment with the larger firm perspective.
- Mapping the market and independently/jointly identifying and leading pursuits across industry verticals and offerings.
- Supporting the firm's key account strategy by driving focus on critical accounts for the practice as well as support national/global accounts.
- Crafting and representing the point of view in external and internal [cross-functional, multi-disciplinary] forums, independently or in alignment with the larger firm perspective. Leading solution definition by weaving together the client's perspective with expertise and creating/communicating a compelling value proposition for clients. Ensuring adherence to commercial, independence and risk guidelines.
- Ability to take responsibility for managing large accounts.
- Client Delivery:
- Lead and oversee the overall client delivery strategy, ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
- Actively contribute to the development of innovative approaches, ensuring alignment with the client's perspective and creating compelling value propositions.
- Provide thought leadership in client engagements and expand relationships strategically.
- Playing the role of a Program Lead and a Subject Matter Expert in development of Change and Learning content deliverables to drive execution excellence.
- Reviewing frameworks, processes and deliverables to ensure alignment with risk, quality and delivery excellence guidelines.
- Mentor and coach the professional development of Analyst, Consultants, Senior Consultants and other team members
- Develop, monitor, evaluate and refine change management/training strategy in accordance with organizational culture, taking into consideration interests of relevant stakeholders while building an environment conducive for change management
- Manage and expand client relationships
- Thought Leadership:
- Play a crucial role in driving thought leadership initiatives for the practice. Shape the direction of research and contribute significantly to establishing Deloitte's position in the industry.
- Partnering with the larger team to author/curate/contribute in developing the research base of the practice.
- Work with member firms globally to understand the Deloitte capability repertoire and look at how to position that in the Indian context more effectively.
- Practice Management:
- Spearhead practice management initiatives, actively shaping the strategy for the organization.
- Focus on key processes at an organizational level, driving capability building and other critical function.
- Support strategy development and deployment for the practice. Drive focus on key processes at an Organization level e.g. capability building, etc.

- Team Management:
- Provide strategic leadership in team management, guiding the team towards optimal performance.

- Leading a team of consultants / senior consultants in project contexts as well as a people manager.
- Utilizing logical, systematic and orderly procedures to identify/assign resources (human or other resources) for one's self or the team to meet the objectives in optimal fashion.

- Subject matter expertise in below areas
- Showcase extensive proficiency spanning 10-12+years in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology, having led multiple end-to-end training development efforts for large digital transformation initiatives across regions and industries.
- Specialized in requirement gathering, training design strategy, training needs analysis, curriculum development, training evaluation, leveraging effective learning experience design strategies like social collaboration, social learning, storytelling, scenario-based learning, video-based learning, and microlearning.

- Leading large teams independently by managing high-quality Learning interventions, such as training approach and strategy, needs analysis, training curriculum, vILts, expert led trainings, self-paced trainings, digital learning products, performance support tools, etc. that are tailored to project briefs and requirements basis the agreed timeline.
- Independently managing teams overseeing conceptualization and delivery of design projects
