- Provide L2 deskside and remote desktop support to end users
- Manage application support including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-related incidents using ITSM tools
- Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and asset lifecycle activities
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for L3 escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements
- Act as a bridge between IT teams, business stakeholders, and management
- Ensure adherence to SLA, CSAT, and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and knowledge base
- Experience in vendor coordination and escalation handling
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from office (Pune)
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred
- Strong experience in Desktop Support (L2)
- Hands-on experience in Application Support
- Knowledge of Kofax Print Management Tool
- Exposure to Kofax / Equifax applications support
- Good understanding of ITSM tools and incident management processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
