Looking to onboard a seasoned sales professional to drive high-value sales and expand its presence in the luxury furniture and interiors segment. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry experience, strong design sensibility, and an established network within the architect and designer ecosystem. Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end sales for premium furniture and interior solutions across Bangalore / Delhi markets.- Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, HNIs, and institutional clients.- Own revenue targets and consistently deliver on sales numbers.- Lead client consultations, understand design requirements, and recommend tailored furniture solutions.- Collaborate closely with design, production, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.- Represent the brand in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Ideal Candidate Profile- 10+ years of experience in furniture / luxury interiors sales.- Strong network within the architect & interior designer community.- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals and managing premium clientele.- High level of design understanding and aesthetic sensibility.- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For- Someone who understands the nuances of luxury selling vs transactional sales.- Ability to influence design-led buying decisions.- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of business outcomes.
