- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 developers, brokerages, and channel partner networks
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client pain points
- Position AI-driven solutions across use cases such as lead qualification, follow-ups, site visit conversion, and automated engagement
- Create commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate closely with the Founder on strategic deals and partnerships
- Represent the organization at industry events, proptech forums, and networking meetups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition from deal closure to go-live
- Stay engaged with key accounts post-sale to drive adoption and early success
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across projects, teams, and workflows
- Support renewals and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Share customer insights and feedback with product and leadership teams
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or SaaS sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling into the Indian real estate ecosystem or related sectors (proptech, CRM, telephony, or lead management solutions)
- Strong understanding of real estate sales workflows, including lead funnels, telecalling, site visits, and channel partner networks
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in real estate developers, brokerages, or channel partner firms
- Experience selling CRM, telephony, WhatsApp automation, or workflow solutions
- Exposure to AI, conversational AI, or automation products
- Experience driving account expansion and post-sale growth
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline in key markets
- Consistently close new business opportunities
- Improve sales cycle efficiency through strong discovery and effective demos
- Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts
- Contribute to building and refining the company’s early sales and go-to-market playbook
- Be an early member of the sales team and help build the go-to-market engine from scratch
- Work directly with the Founder on strategy, deals, and market positioning
