Job Title : Sales Coordinator Department : Sales/Business Development Reports To : Sales Head/CEO Job Summary:The person will be in charge of monitoring client accounts, processing orders, working with internal departments, helping the sales team reach goals, and making sure that the pre- and post-sales processes run well.Job Responsibilities:- Support the sales team in managing and tracking sales activities and opportunities.- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management.- Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations including lead generation, proposal creation, and client follow-ups.- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and techno-commercial offers based on customer requirements and product specifications.- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to provide updates, support, and after-sales service.- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence.- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management review.
