Plant Engineering Head -Global FMCG - IIT/NIT/Equivalent

• Head the overall management of the Engineering and Maintenance requirements to achieve high efficiency of both the plant and machinery
• Leverage Equipment Productivity, reliability and maintainability thereby enabling high plant availability and utilisation at the lowest cost.
• Manage engineering projects which require to manage both internal & external teams to accomplish their successful completion

• Hire employees and thereby assign, direct, and evaluate their work. Oversee the development & maintenance of staff competence
• Maintenance of the Plant and machinery through the use of preventive maintenance systems and best practices
• Manage cap ex process in line with company strategy and plant needs in short and long terms to make the most of Capex investment, specifically with skills on capex estimations, budgeting & capability execute them on time
• Lead improvement projects with manufacturing
• Mentor team of direct reports to constantly upgrade their skill and maintain high moral in the team

• Engineering Manager with 12-17 years of overall experience of heading Engineering + Maintenance for a Global FMCG Setup and preferable
• Tier 1- Engineering College
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and produce results through people.
