An opportunity to work with a Multi-Billion Global FMCG An opportunity to Head Engineering for a large scale FMCG Setup Job Description Head the overall management of the Engineering and Maintenance requirements to achieve high efficiency of both the plant and machinery Leverage Equipment Productivity, reliability and maintainability and hence enable high plant availability and utilisation at the lowest cost. Manage engineering projects which require to manage both internal & external teams to accomplish their successful completion Hire employees and thereby assign, direct, and evaluate their work. Oversee the development & maintenance of staff competence Maintenance of the Plant and machinery through the use of preventive maintenance systems and best practices Manage cap ex process in line with company strategy and plant needs in short and long terms to make the most of Capex investment, specifically with skills on capex estimations, budgeting & capability execute them on time Lead improvement projects with manufacturing Mentor team of direct reports to constantly upgrade their skill and maintain high moral in the team The Successful Applicant Engineering Manager with 12-17 years of overall experience of heading Engineering + Maintenance for a Global FMCG Setup and preferable Tier 1- Engineering College Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and produce results through people.
