ELECTRICIAN FRESHER FOR TOWER MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Installation & Assembly: Assist in installing electrical conduit, wiring, and panel boards for tower machinery.
• Wiring & Control Systems: Connect wiring in electrical circuits, motors, and control systems (e.g., switches, relays, sensors).
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent production downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Use tools like multimeters, amp probes, and voltage testers to diagnose basic electrical faults under supervision.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and repairs.
• Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

• Education: ITI Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrician Trade.
• Experience: Fresher (0-1 year of experience), Apprenticeship training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, 3-phase circuits, motors, and electrical tools.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Other: Color vision is necessary (for identifying color-coded wires).

• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Manufacturing plant or factory environment (often noisy and fast-paced).
• May involve working on elevated platforms or in confined spaces.
