Glint serves as a reliable partner in your IT journey.- We're looking for a Business Development Manager role for the Noida location, who will be part of our Sales Team for North Regional.Job Description:Generating Business revenue in SMB & Enterprise accounts for North Region. Business Development manager will be responsible for increasing business and revenue by engaging with CXO-level stakeholders in SMB & enterprise accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their objectives, preferences, and challenges.- Constantly drive business growth by acquiring new Logos.- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.- Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.- Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.- Work closely with cross-functional teams.Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in IT field- 4+ years of experience in software sales with- Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.- Ability to adapt sales methods and responses based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business situations.- Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.- Thorough understanding of Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Software (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, VMware, etc.), and IT Infrastructure (Dell, HP, Cisco, etc) & create value for cli-ents.- Collaborate with top OEMs like Microsoft, AWS, Google.- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.- Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.If you want to contribute to the growth of the company directly, then please send us your CV.
