Job Title: Manager, Services Sales - Cybersecurity (Client-Facing Role)Location: NoidaDepartment: Projects & MarketingJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Services Sales & Business Development - Cybersecurity to lead strategic client engagement, service sales growth, and business expansion efforts. This client-facing role combines consultative selling, relationship building, and market development to position our cybersecurity services as mission-critical solutions for enterprise customers.Key Responsibilities : Client Engagement & Relationship Management :- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges and - aligning solutions to their business goals.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, CISOs, and IT leaders.- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through regular engagement and value delivery. Sales of Cybersecurity Services :- Lead the end-to-end sales process for cybersecurity service offerings, including consulting, penetration testing, SOC services, incident response, and compliance support.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business in targeted sectors.- Develop and present compelling proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations. Business Development Strategy :- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.- Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and territory/account planning. Market & Competitive Intelligence- Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscapes.- Analyze market dynamics, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform business strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure service alignment and smooth execution.- Liaise with product and service development teams to influence roadmap based on client needs.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity service sales, business development, or enterprise account management.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and enterprise risk management.- Proven success in selling to C-level executives and managing complex sales cycles.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Comfortable in both strategic and hands-on roles.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.Preferred Certifications:- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.- Sales training in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
