- Work in executing Workshop materials and Growth Navigator questions -
- Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
- Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities based on GN framework.
- Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reporting
- Provide responses to ad hoc questions from markets and/or more strategic questions which are posed for a given brand
- Aid development of Automated tools
- Enabling team to gather scope and collaborate with DA&I teams to create dashboards. Support simplification, standardization, and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders)
- Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
- Tech/B.E./MCA from reputed institutes
- 10+ years of experience with Data and Analytics – NIQ, Kantar, Europanel etc
- Expert on “Point of Sale” and “HHP” (Nielsen, IRI, SPINs, One Click Retail etc.) databases/metrics a must
- Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently with attention to detail
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal & written) is mandatory. Confident communicator, able to express ideas and convey complicated concepts simply
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational/time management skills
