Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of PLC-controlled systems and automation equipment.-Troubleshoot and repair faults in PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).- MOdify and update PLC programs as needed for efficiency or process changes.- Work with HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, and actuators for machine control.- Collaborate with production and process teams to support process improvement and machine upgrades.- Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and logs of PLC programming and interventions.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Assist during new machinery installation and commissioning.- Provide training and support to operators and technicians on automation systems.- Minimize machine downtime through timely diagnosis and resolution of PLC-related issues.
