Key Performance Indicators - KPIs1. Preventive Maintenance Activity of all CNC m/c Overhauling ,SPM & Molding machine.2. Attain mechanical breakdown3. Prepare audit DocumentRole, Responsibility & Skill required:1. Planning and Monitoring Execution of Preventive Maintenance.2. Breakdown Analysis and action taken.3. Spare part management and monitor of critical spare consumption.4. Machine Health Checkup Planning and Execution5. Overhauling of power pack ( Patch tesh, Filter Replacement, Oil filtration).6. Execute predictive maintenance plan7. CNC Machine overhaulling / Life Over Spare Part Replacement8. Knowledge of Plant automation (e.g. Vision sensor, barcode scanner, Printer)9. Audit Document of maintenance IATF.10. Knowledge of CNC PMC ladder11. Execute Mold Maintenance activity.12. Shut Down Maintenance Planning and Execution.13. Department KPI Target (Activity monitoring to meet Target)
