Ensure incident-free operations by strictly following INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines, Life Saving Rules, PTW, MOC, and legal requirements. Actively support BBS, HAZOP, audits, and sustainability initiatives.Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment (HIPS, GPPS, utilities, boilers, refrigeration, bagging, DM/Nitrogen plants, etc.) to ensure high availability and reliability.Coordinate safe startup, shutdown, and normal plant operations with Production as per OEM and SHE standards.Plan and execute PM/PdM through SAP-PM, maintain equipment history, conduct root cause analysis, and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.Maintain environmental facilities (WWTP, utilities) in compliance with statutory requirements.Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 systems; ensure statutory inspections of boilers, pressure vessels, lifting tools, and thermic fluid.Manage critical spares, update BOMs and task lists in SAP, and ensure readiness of standby equipment.
