- Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or technology integration
- Create and present detailed reports, process maps, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities across the organization
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained results
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity
- 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in process modeling, mapping, mining, and analysis techniques
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively
- Experience with business process management and process mining software (e.g., Symbio, Celonis, or similar tools).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working on an Agile / Scrum team a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) and/or Business Process Management (BPM)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application to process improvement
- Experience in domains such as sales, marketing, product development, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing a plus
- Years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles.
- Extensive expertise in enterprise process modelling, mapping, mining, analysis, and design.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green belt; BPM certification highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executives and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and operating models.
- Experience with process mining (Celonis, UiPath) and BPM tools (e.g., Celonis, ARIS, Symbio) at an enterprise scale.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing process governance frameworks and operating models.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and their integration into process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working across domains such as sales, marketing, supply chain, HR, finance, or manufacturing, with a deep understanding of end-to-end value streams.
