We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Odoo ERP to oversee the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of Odoo-based projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, and proven experience in leading teams and managing client communications.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into functional/technical specifications, and align with business goals.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
Ensure quality assurance, UAT, and successful deployment of solutions.
Provide post-implementation support and training as required.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and maintain project trackers.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing Odoo ERP projects (implementation & support).
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
Proven track record of delivering ERP projects successfully.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification (preferred).Soft Skills:

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
