- Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
- Working closely with various stakeholders on project related matters.
- Overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the project to ensure smooth execution.
- Analysing risks and mitigating these in order to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring the project is in compliance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements.
- All aspects of the Project Controls function including project planning, scheduling, cost estimation and control.
- Planning, monitoring, and controlling the execution of projects to ensure delivery within the time and budgetary parameters, while optimizing resource utilisation.
- Implementing best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in cost control, estimation, planning, change management and scheduling.
- Acting as a focal point for all project and delivery personnel in the resolution of project controls issues.
- Establishing performance measurement programs to provide an accurate reflection of project performance.
- Ensuring effective and efficient maintenance services of electrical and field instruments and resolving any electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Ensuring electrical and instrument maintenance as per best practice, corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a first point of contact for complex repairs and working closely with vendors to address and resolve technical issues.
- Identifying and evaluate opportunities for implementing automation to improve productivity and quality.
- Programming and testing of robots.
- Managing, maintaining and improving automation systems.
- Performing maintenance, overhaul and repair.
- Testing and validation of repair work to ensure quality.
- Providing technical expertise to drive design and development transfer to operational capabilities.
- Identifying the root causes of faults or problems by conducting Root Cause Analysis.
- Improving customer satisfaction by providing accurate and value-added responses to customer concerns and issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing and implementing project schedules and managing all aspects of project planning.
- Analysing and reporting on progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.
- Establishing processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of documents.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- Bachelor in Engineering or Project Management.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in after-sales service or technical support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
