Have an in-depth understanding of the mediums & industry
Develop a relationship with internal & external stakeholders

In six months:

Leading from the front on creating demand within the agency & clients handled
Develop a relationship with key clients
Achieved a significant portion of assigned targets

In 12 months:

Achieved the discussed & assigned targets
Developed a viable and matured pipeline
Considerably improved overall branch & team performance
