The activities of this family also include payroll. Minimum 3 years of related experience.Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) Execute operational requirements to deliver people and culture data administration services.
  • Handle people and culture data administration tasks to comply with all relevant service level agreements.
  • Execute work to support the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services.
  • Continuously improve and standardise service delivery of all people and culture data administration activities.
  • Execute work, conducting audits and reviews of existing dashboards and reports to achieve acceptable quality standards.
  • Align with applicable Location Operational Services Managers in the country for any escalations and issue resolution
  • Support during the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services and the integration and transition of transactional processes from different IKEA countries
  • Improve service provision efficiency and effectiveness continually by standardizing and further developing processes, formats, methods, instruments, etc.
  • Ensure that data quality is high by carrying out regular audits of existing dashboards and reports (e.g. checking completeness of data, plausibility, etc.)
  • Update reporting schedule to include new reports / recipients
  • Collaborate with Location Operational Services Specialists, Centres of Expertise Specialists and Business Partners in the country to create and maintain service delivery models to support process delivery along with self-service resources for managers and co-workers
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement of service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
  • Execute administrative P&C tasks of any P&C field in line with Service Level agreements
  • Provide information for mass data changes as needed
  • Support employment verification requests, if needed
  • Create any document as needed and obtain signatures
  • Release document for signatures (digital or in person)
  • Manage co-worker documents in co-worker e-file or a physical copy
