- Technical documentation, Product submittals; and Demonstration modules & tools
- Responsible for write-up, revision and online availability of updated Product Catalogues & Brochures, Technical data sheets, Method Statements.
- Periodic validations and product certification complying with applicable local and global standard by third party certifications, related records keeping and online availability.
- Establish back up data and test certification from reputed labs on working life and ageing performance of the products to offer performance warranty period.
- Develop field demonstration modules for relevant products for field marketing team.
- Conduct benchmarking study with top 3 competitors and communicate product wise Reason to Win to sales and specification team.
- Training & Demonstrations
- Develop contents for products training e.g. Technical Presentations, Audio Visuals etc.
- Conduct product & its application trainings through presentations, demonstrations etc for internal and external stake holders on existing and new products.
- While on training & site visits, train and coach users for using appropriate tools, equipment and their impact on product performance.
- Products Specification & Brand Building
- Work closely with specification team for major specifier accounts and ensure product approvals and specifications.
- Conduct technical presentations in Seminars, Webinars and other platform to raise the brand value of Dr. Fixit.
- New Product Development
- In co-ordination with R & D, generates innovative field tests to demonstrate product performances.
- Owns field trials activities and generate field testing reports; maintain trial report documentation and share learning’s within the group.
- Generate and validates value selling concepts on new products by comparing our product with competitor and identification of USP in our products.
- Follow through for minimum of three sales orders from same customer / dealer in two different geography locations
- Customer Complaints Response
- When required visit the complaint site; support application related complaints using RCA tools implement corrective & preventive actions and ensure timely closure of complaints.
- Market Connect
- Conduct periodic surveys at Class A customers/outlets/dealers on products performance and services. Share best practices and product portfolio knowledge with customers.
- Undertake structured, periodic program for benchmarking and competition products evaluation for key products.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and applications by participating in seminars & exhibitions.
