#31401398 Retention Sales Operations Manager IILocation: NoidaDuties Renewal Pipeline and Outlook Management In-Sales-Region alignment • Facilitate regular renewal readiness meetings with the related stakeholders from the regional CSM and RSS Team to create timely and accurate outlook entries in the System --- • Engaging proactively with the regional teams to coach them on the retention and outlook process specifics and respond to questions and requests to help them driving customer retention --- •Support as required in validating the regional upsell pipeline with related stakeholders and establish ongoing upsell perspective and reporting based on the received feedback --- Stakeholder and Business Partner Management • Engaging as required with Business Partners (i.e. Account Management, Customer Success Management, Sales, Legal, Finance, Order Management, Data Operations) to resolve occurring issues related to renewal pipeline --- •Engage proactively as required with the Data Operations Team, raising data sanity issues with them whilst providing accurate background and drive these to resolution within a specified SLA timeframe --- Weekly Outlook Responsibility •Support the Retention Operations Outlook Manager on the Week-on-Week Outlook changes and proactively inform about any occurring issues --- •Follow accurately the weekly process discipline containing Pipeline, Escalation and Outlook Management and ensure that related communication and tasks are done and documented --- • Managing the regional outlook process on a weekly basis following the processual guardrails, principles, and checkpoints --- •Provide accurate and timely updates based on regional feedback to retention management and related stakeholders on the current progress, risks, and outlook --- Strong Self-Management, ‘Tackle the Problem’ and ‘Get it done’ Discipline • Ability to operate in a hybrid environment (Video conference/email based); with a remote/onsite split --- • Must be able to recognize key performance indicators, ensure self-driven monitoring and prioritizing. --- • Ability to enter Outlook related information into the Renewals tracking system with high degree of accuracy. --- • Attention to Detail – Task and solution oriented, a self-controlled ‘maker’ with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand in time, and able to escalate things pro-actively if required Required Skills Experience/Qualification Required: --- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business discipline --- • Experience in a similar /related function (e.g. Sales Management, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Outlook Management, Retention Operations, Renewals Management) --- • Strong numeracy skills, including good proficiency in Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, Teams and Sharepoint --- • Competence with reporting and information management tools, for example CRM Tools like Salesforce, Power BI or similar analytical and information management applications --- •Project management - effectively manage projects related to retention initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives --- • Experience in a business supporting role demonstrating excellent time management, able to analyze current workload and prioritize time constantly based on changing requirements --- • Able to manage and handle conflict professionally, and to drive to resolution. Strong influencing skills with the ability to achieve results by leveraging resources not under your direct control, and tag-team with the related regional stakeholders to achieve resolution -- • Strong written and verbal English ability --- • Clear and concise communicator – must be able to collaborate with internal teams and orchestrate communication, providing insights, and ensuring effective coordination to resolution Highly Desirable: • Significant experience operating in a similar capacity, directly managing or supporting a Pipeline or an Outlook of services or products and collaborate with stakeholders via direct and indirect channels --- • A proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners inside and outside the organization, and to leverage all available resources to support the business process of a retention pipeline management and outlook --- • A background in retention operations / renewals management or support in a hightechnology environment, dealing with a high value Enterprise pipeline Outlook and Business in sales situations --- • Must have demonstrable experience in a role involving ‘critical thinking’: Self-driven ability to analyze issues, make decisions and problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting. Good communicator with pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required.
