- Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and administer Salesforce CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Deep understanding of sales tech stack
- Data Management:
- Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data hygiene and accuracy.
- Perform regular data audits and clean-ups to ensure the reliability of information stored in the system.
- Manages all sales reports and basic forecasting, commissions and quota management
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance the proficiency of team members in utilizing Salesforce features.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce automation.
- Design and implement workflow rules, validation rules, and process builder flows to streamline operations.
- Assists CRO in selling process, territory planning through data
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
- Understanding of Key SaaS metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration.
- HubSpot or MAP familiarity is desirable
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data structures, and relational databases.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
