Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database components.
Translate complex business requirements into effective database designs and analytical solutions.
Troubleshoot and enhance query performance for seamless database functionality.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and maintain data models and ETL processes.
Uphold the integrity, security, and accessibility of data systems.
Document database architecture and processes for operational efficiency.
Analyze extensive datasets to unearth meaningful trends and insights.
Keep abreast of the latest SQL technologies and analytical tools.
Play an active role in implementing data governance frameworks while promoting diversity and inclusion.

RequirementsMust-Have

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related domain.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development and analytics.
Expertise in MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS.
Proficiency in query optimization and performance tuning.
Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.

Good-to-Have

Familiarity with cloud-based databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Google BigQuery).
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
