#VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture## About this RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects within the Software Engineering – BIBDA function. The role requires strong expertise in project management, Agile delivery, budget control, and stakeholder collaboration, with an ability to manage AD projects of substantial scale. The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives.## What you’ll do

Oversee end‑to‑end project and programme delivery across the BIBDA and BSS domain, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and strategic goals.
Develop comprehensive and clear project plans for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Lead financial planning and budget management activities, including analysis of project constraints and optimisation based on financial insights.
Track project performance against agreed metrics, delivering short‑ and long‑term objectives successfully.
Drive risk management, issue mitigation, and quality governance throughout all delivery phases.
Utilise Microsoft tools and project management platforms such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to ensure efficient governance and reporting.

## Who you are

Possess 8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5–8 years in project management.
Experienced in handling application development (AD) projects valued between USD 1–2 million.
Strong knowledge of BIBDA and BSS domain areas.
Skilled in Agile frameworks with experience in delivering and managing programmes using Agile methodologies.
Knowledgeable in estimation techniques, productivity measurement and project planning.
Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong organisational, multitasking and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Familiar with project management and collaboration tools including MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
Hold relevant academic qualifications such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc or MSc in Computer Science.
Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Advanced certification are an advantage.
