We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.What you`ll doWe're looking for Senior Software Engineers to build services that enable all our development teams to cover early phases of the software development lifecycle using automation.The solutions we build and maintain cover all aspects of the software lifecycle from the moment it is committed up to the point that it is packaged for deployment, including building, automated testing, configuration, and packaging.Additionally, we engineer bespoke automation solutions to problems within DevOps and operational teams, to allow them to focus on their area of specialization.Value You Deliver:Design, development & delivery of new features as part of an Agile team.Develop in Python, Golang, and similar programming languages. Deploy using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes pipelines.Mentor junior developers and lead scrum teams by setting positive examples.Own cloud services end-to-end, implementing distributed systems using Hyperscaler services and best practices such as zero-downtime production deployments, canaries, frequent deployments, and feature-flag-driven development.Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives with engineering program management.What you bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
With an experience range of 9-13 years of experience.
Strong programming skills in NodeJS/Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, with understanding of OOPS, as well as a scripting language (Python/Shell script).
Working experience with REST APIs.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, with any hyperscaler (AWS / AZURE / GCP)
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
Experience in working on the Linux platform is required.
Storage background and understanding of network topologies are a plus.
Excellent professional software development experience
A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a lack of fear of learning something new.
You should be open to learning from others and willing to help mentor and teach.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technical product managers, architects, and technical leads.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions
Experience in Procurement is a plus
Excellent communication in English.
