Job Description:Location : BangaloreDesign, Development, Deployment and 3rd level supportDesign, Development and Deployment of User Stories as per the Sprint PlanResolve the 3rd level support issuesAbility to lead end-to-end Emarsys implementations, from setup to go-live.Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing sophisticated marketing automation programs, customer lifecycle campaigns, and personalized recommendation strategies.Proficiency in configuring dynamic customer segments, A/B testing, and advanced personalization rules using Emarsys scripting and relational data.Hands-on experience with setting up and managing various marketing channels within Emarsys (email, SMS, web, mobile push)Strong understanding and practical experience in architecting and managing the reliable synchronization of critical data (customer master, product catalogs, sales orders) between Emarsys and S/4HANA.Demonstrate deep, hands-on knowledge of the Emarsys API endpoints. Must be able to test/troubleshoot API calls for creating contacts, triggering events, and pushing transaction data in real-time. Understands WSSE authentication.Understand, configure, and guide web teams on deploying Emarsys Web Extend JavaScript tracking scripts. Must be able to validate and debug the data being passed (user ID, product views, cart contents).Expertise in designing and building sophisticated marketing automation programs and customer lifecycle campaigns to translate business logic into automated workflows.Implement and manage consent mechanisms (opt-ins/opt-outs) according to regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Understand how to handle data anonymization and deletion requests.Ability to conduct workshops to analyze marketing processes and translate complex business requirements into a functional and technical design within Emarsys.Write and debug ESL code to implement complex conditional logic and personalized content directly within email templates and automation programs.In-depth knowledge of relevant data objects in SAP S/4HANA (e.g., Business Partner/Customer Master, Sales Orders, Product Master) and their mapping to the Emarsys data model.Experience with middleware platforms, especially SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI), for building, monitoring, and managing the integrations between systems.Proficiency in configuring advanced dynamic customer segments and personalization rules using Emarsys scripting and relational data.Configure and manage data imports via SFTP, including understanding file formats, field mapping, and automation schedules for bulk data loads.Architect the Emarsys data model by making strategic decisions on what data should be stored in standard contact fields vs. relational data tables to ensure performance and scalability.Skills:sap hana,emarsys,a/b testing,api,ccpa,gdpr,marketing automation,javascript,wsse authentication,customer lifecycle campaigns,web marketing,mobile push marketing,data synchronization
