- Find and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Create and follow sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Keep records of sales and report on progress
- Give sales presentations and close deals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Work with other teams like marketing and product to improve customer experience
- Do market research and suggest improvements
- Meet sales targets and performance goals
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or business development
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory), Hindi, and any regional language
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and time management skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Male candidates preferred
- Must be in or willing to relocate to Jayanagar, Bangalore
