Principal Responsibility:
- Provide end-to-end technical support to HR Team
Knowledge:
- Should have Oracle SQL Queries Knowledge & Programming Knowledge
- Should have worked on HR Projects ie Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Transaction Lifecycle (Transfer, work on Leave Management System of HR)
- Should have worked or provided Support on Success Factor or Spine or any other HR Projects
- If possible should have worked on some HRMS Products such as Spine, Success Factor or any other Inhouse Product
