We are seeking an accomplished Centre Head to lead our client’s Gift City operations. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, regulatory compliance, financial health, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships globally.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the centre’s operational and business strategy in line with global objectives.Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with IFSCA and other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for domestic and international clients, ensuring delivery excellence.Financial Management: Oversee budgets, collections, and reporting, ensuring fiscal discipline.Operational Excellence: Maintain CMMI Level 5 standards, ensuring process quality and efficiency.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.Project Delivery: Drive critical projects to successful completion.Ideal Candidate Profile:Background: Senior leader from fintech, banking, payment solutions, or regulated financial services.Experience: 18–22 years, with proven success managing a business unit or large operations centre.Centre Management: Must have led and managed a 50–100 seater IT/Operations centre, ensuring optimal resource utilization and delivery excellence.Education: Engineer / MBA / Post Graduate with relevant certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, etc.).Skills: Strong leadership, client relationship management, compliance expertise, and P&L ownership.Fit: Strategic thinker, confident communicator, and decisive leader.Why Apply:
