To handle daily inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, and builder project pitching for multiple residential developments across north bangalore micro-markets with the goal of generating site visits and confirmed bookings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Call qualified leads (data provided)-150+ dials /100 call connects /day
  • Share project pricing, offers, and benefits-5 active product pitches/day
  • Schedule & coordinate builder site visits-10 visits/week
  • Attend walk-ins and assist during site closures-Especially on weekends
  • Maintain CRM and lead tracker daily-100% compliance
Candidate Profile:
  • Worked in primary sales in a broking firm (real estate)
  • Familiarity with builders like Sobha, Prestige, Purvankara, Brigade etc.
  • Knows North and east bangalore
