We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Sourcing, Supply Chain & Quality Operations. This role will drive strategies across vendor sourcing, product lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, and after-sales services while leading a large, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee sourcing, supply chain, and quality assurance functions end-to-end.- Drive supplier management, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution.- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- Oversee product lifecycle from vendor onboarding to customer satisfaction.- Develop, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and risk controls.Qualifications- Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business (Master's preferred).- 15+ years of experience in sourcing & supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership.- Proven expertise in process implementation, supplier/vendor management, and cost optimization.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.- Age: Above 40 Years- Working Hours: 10 Am- 6:30 Pm- Working Days: 6 Days (Monday -Saturday)- Strong Background: OEMs, Sourcing of Finished Goods, Indian Markets, Supply chain- e commerce- Leading a team of four people (Quality, Sourcing, After sales, Supply)
