- Act as Team Lead for on-site support operations, manage shift planning, technician availability and workload balancing, and prioritize incidents, requests and VIP issues effectively.
- Provide advanced VIP and executive support, own Digital Bar and Boutique support quality and readiness, and lead PC refresh programs with strict process adherence, asset decommissioning and CMDB accuracy.
- Drive remote support adoption and user self-help awareness, reduce dispatch demand via smart triage, govern HAM accuracy and compliance, coordinate hands-and-eyes support for server and network teams, and lead technician onboarding, induction and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Deliver end user trainings and new user induction, drive continuous improvement with SLA/KPI insights, boost end user self-help adoption to hit service optimization targets, and act as escalation point interfacing with Service Desk and other resolver teams.
- 5-6+ years of professional IT support experience with expert-level endpoint, AV and boutique technology support capabilities.
- Strong VIP handling and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to plan shifts, prioritize work and optimize resources efficiently.
- Deep understanding of HAM and CMDB governance, plus working knowledge of server hardware and data center etiquette.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, leadership, documentation, reporting and presentation skills; strategic, calm and solution-oriented working approach.
- Fluent in English and local language; ITIL certification or strong ITIL expertise is preferred.
