Description We are seeking a competent Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a result-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales. The Sales Officer will drive sales growth and create long-term profitable relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for sales forecasting, developing marketing strategies, and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities Generate new business leads and convert prospects to clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth. Respond to client inquiries and provide product information. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve sales strategies, and achieve sales quotas. Report sales results to management and suggest strategies for improving sales performance Requirements Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry (equipments, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipments, Adhesives, powdercoating equipments, Touchup paints (industrial). Bachelor's/Master'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to prioritize and work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience: 3 to 5 years CTC: 3 to 6 LPA
