Salary: Upto 4.5- 6.3 LPARole Overview:The Associate/ Sr Associate of Donor Management will work with the vertical head to achieve fundraising goals, maintain donor relationships, and contribute to the financial sustainability of the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Fundraising Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and execution plans in alignment with organizational goals.- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as communications, finance, and program operations, to ensure fundraising activities align with overall organizational objectives.- Donor Relations: Cultivate relationships with existing donors, prepare materials for donor meetings, and assist in donor stewardship activities.- Proposal & Grant Writing: Write and prepare compelling proposals, grant applications, and fundraising materials to secure funding. You will also write, build, and submit concept notes and budgets in collaboration with the vertical head.- Reporting: Ensure donor reports are comprehensive, accurate, and submitted on time.- Team Management: Manage and mentor your team, guiding them toward achieving their goals and fostering a culture of learning and growth.- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovative fundraising methods.- Partner Communication: Monitor the completion of project deliverables and provide partners with timely and accurate information about project progress.Candidate Profile:Experience: 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge and skills in grant/proposal writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills.
  • A basic understanding of budget allocation, cash flow, and financial statements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, critical thinking, and prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling messages for fundraising.
