- Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefs and correspondence.- Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.- Anticipate and proactively manage logistical and administrative needs for the Director.- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.- Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling data and tracking project milestones.- Organize and coordinate off-site meetings, events and conferences as needed.- Liaise effectively with other Executive Assistants, departments and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and operations.-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Good data management skills with attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
