SCADA/PLC Automation Engineer

- We are looking for a skilled B.E. instrumentation/industrial automation/mechatronics engineer with 4 years of hands-on SCADA Ignition/HMI/PLC programming/automation experience to oversee and optimize the manufacturing shop floor system. Python knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA system, PLC (Rockwell/Siemens platform highly preferred) programming logics and real-time process control in an industrial manufacturing industries
- Good understanding of various sensors and their applications
- Develop, modify, and maintain the SCADA system in real time. monitoring and control
- Good understanding of industrial network/communication protocol
- Interface PLAC with HMI/SCADA system, ensuring seamless data flow and process visualization
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related issue, minimizing downtime
- Work closely with the production and maintenance team.
- Ability to implement, troubleshooting and maintain automation system
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and cybersecurity.
- Ability to to work independently and within in a cross-function team
- Knowledge of MES integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good in English communication
