Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
Develop Logic Block Diagrams and Function design specification
Document control system architecture, programming logic, and cybersecurity protocols.
Fill out & Submit cybersecurity-relevant documentation for PLC/DCS systems in the client's specified format.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing PLC systems and HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical components.
Conduct risk assessments and implement cybersecurity best practices in control systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC 62443
Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats in industrial control environments.
Support commissioning and testing of control systems at client sites.

Required Qualifications:Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).Solid understanding of industrial network protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).Awareness of cybersecurity principles and experience applying them in OT environments.Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and secure remote access in industrial settings.Experience in cybersecurity basic level in the domain of PLC/DCS/ICSS networking.Experience with SCADA systems and industrial IoT.Knowledge of safety systems, SIL study & calculation and functional safety standards (e.g., SIL, ISO 13849).Experience in regulated industries (e.g., industrial water projects & manufacturing)We Offer:At CECO, we are committed to a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
