Process and manage client billing files2. Handle vendor payment files and ensure timely payments3. Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams4. Reconcile billing and payment discrepancies5. Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies6. Prepare regular reports on billing and payment activities7. Assist in process improvements for billing and payment workflows8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresRequired Skills:1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software3. Excellent attention to detail4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines5.
