- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial partners.
- Identify, initiate, and negotiate new alliance opportunities for joint business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking alliance activities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, SLAs, and revenue sharing
- Lead the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory protocols.
- Monitor partnership performance and drive initiatives to optimize portfolio growth through banking channels
- Maintain detailed documentation and dashboards tracking alliance KPIs and outcomes.
- Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Craft and execute strategic plans to expand banking relationships and partnerships.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive business development to achieve growth in partnership-led revenues and portfolios.
- Internal & External Coordination
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, risk, sales, legal) to align strategies.
- Ensure smooth integration of partner products/services with business objectives.
- Proven experience in banking partnerships, alliance management, or financial services business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of banking regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and sales teams.
