- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic alliance partners, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring mutual success. Support and strengthen relationships with execs, sales, marketing, and operations at key partners.
- Business Development & Strategy: Create and implement partnership strategies and business development plans to drive growth, including joint business development plans, marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for partnership success, regularly review progress, and adjust strategies based on feedback and business needs. Leverage CRM and analytics tools for partnership performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Lead sales through partner selection, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and ensure parties are aligned across projects.
- Market Expansion: Facilitate access to new customer segments and geographies by leveraging established regional and international partnerships.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve cross-functional and business-critical issues with alliance partners.
- Certification & Enablement: Work with partners to ensure team members are enabled on key platforms and products to maximise benefits for both parties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.
- 4–10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within SaaS or technology sectors (experience in Mumbai/India preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of building successful partnerships with leading cloud and SaaS providers
- Analytical and strategic mindset, able to assess trends and identify new opportunities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with global and cross-border alliances is beneficial.
- Certifications in alliance management, cloud platforms, or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
