- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of highly complex, projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
- Drive project performance through effective metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate deep understanding in managing projects involving the integration of diverse systems, platforms, and technologies from multiple OEMs and vendors.
- Extensive experience in overseeing and delivering projects related to data networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN), structured cabling solutions, and Audio-Visual (AV) system deployments.
- Coordinate effectively with various technical teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Effectively manage relationships and performance of multiple third-party vendors and subcontractors, ensuring their deliverables align with project objectives.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Champion project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.
- Experience with government or large enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
