- Customer Support through ServiceNow, call center and email. Answer complex benefits questions and handle related issues for international markets and U.S. as needed.
- Troubleshooting - resolves issues in a timely, accurate, and customer service-oriented manner.
- Interact with internal and external organizations such as carriers, workers and staff.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the company’s benefit plans and laws that affect the administration of the benefit plans.
- Maintains strong and open communication with management and including all events or changes in processes that impact the department or standard operating procedures.
- Possesses/maintains working knowledge of the company’s payroll guidelines and practices.
- Helps promote teamwork and positive work environment within the department and organization.
- International carrier billing.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency to resolve and follow up on issues.
- New hire eligibility determination and benefits offering.
- Special projects as assigned by management (i.e. audits).
- Two years of experience in similar role, preferably working in the India market.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, and interpersonal in English.
- Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
- Strong customer service and administrative organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Dayforce and Deel
- Detail oriented, critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
